*If a Candidate's employment contract is terminated within 30 days, starting from the date of Engagement, the Company will, on the written request of the Client, refund all of the fees paid by the Client subject to the following conditions:
- the Company is informed in writing within seven days of the date of termination of the Engagement;
- the Client will repay any refund if the candidate is re-engaged within twelve months of the date of the first Engagement;
- the Client has adhered to the remainder of the terms and conditions as to payment of the Company's fees.
