Equal Opportunities Policy Statement
At GrassGreener GroupTM we welcome and promote diversity. This policy statement outlines our position in respect of equal opportunities. We aim to keep equality at the centre of our organisation.
This policy applies to all our employees, contractors, consultants (together "staff") candidates, clients, suppliers and visitors to our offices.
GrassGreener aims to ensure that every person who deals with us is treated equally. We define this as giving everyone access to the most appropriate resources, opportunities, development and progression.
Our policy at GrassGreener is that no person should be discriminated against or feel harassed in the course of their employment or dealings with us. Everyone should be treated on their merits. In addition, everyone should behave fairly with consideration for others.
We regularly review and develop our processes, procedures and practices to reflect changing policy and learning.

We will take appropriate steps to accommodate the requirements of our staff's religions, cultures, domestic responsibilities and disabilities.

- attract, develop and retain talented candidates for us and our clients;
- avoid unlawful or unfair discrimination.
