Leeds Executive Recruitment specialist wins top national award
Against international competition, the Leeds-based GrassGreener Group™ has scooped the accolade of ‘Best Executive Search and Selection Firm’ in the UK, at its first attempt.
The company, with offices at The Waterscape, Kirkstall, was honoured in the prestigious 2011 Recruitment Business Awards, presented last week (Thursday, September 29th) at a ceremony in Manchester.
Set up less than five years ago by its co-founders Plamen Ivanoff, Nicky Taglione and Paul Hickey, GrassGreener Group™ carries out international searches to identify prospective candidates for its Clients seeking to fill senior management or Board level posts, especially in sales and marketing.
More than 40% of the firm’s business comes from overseas, including Europe, the Far East, the United States and Canada.
Of candidates identified for headhunting campaigns, 80% are not registered with other recruitment companies and are not actively seeking new employment.
Mr Ivanoff, Executive Chairman, attributes the company’s award success “primarily to our excellent team of professional recruiters, as well as our innovative search approach combined with proprietary assessment tools which benchmark shortlisted candidates.
“These, enable our Clients to make diligent, informed and reliable decisions which result in 96% retention for 12 months and over.”
